Any updates to the Terms are effective upon publication by TAIGA GAME, and no individual notice is required. However, in the case of significant updates, TAIGA GAME will make reasonable efforts to notify users. If users disagree with any changes, they should stop using the service immediately.

4.7 Permission and Notifications
Certain features of the Service (such as setting an avatar, using voice chat, or live interaction) may require access to your device’s camera, microphone, or photo library. Granting these permissions is optional, and you may disable them at any time in your device settings; however, this may limit your ability to use certain features.
We may send notifications regarding game activity, updates, and account-related information. Promotional notifications will be sent only if you opt in, and you may manage or disable notifications in your device or app settings at any time.
SECTION V TERMS OF SERVICE USAGE AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Limited Right to Use the Service
Upon accepting the Terms of Use and relevant legal regulations, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the features and services provided by TAIGA GAME strictly for personal use.
5.2 Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
All intellectual property related to the Service—including but not limited to trademarks, source code, images, music, and other features—remains fully owned by us. You may not perform any actions outside of the rights outlined in this section without our prior written permission.
5.3 Service Modifications and User Acceptance
To better serve our users, we reserve the right to modify, remove, or add features, interfaces, or functions of the Service at any time without prior notice. If you continue using the Service after such changes, it is considered that you have accepted them. If you do not agree, you must cease usage immediately and uninstall the Service, and we shall bear no responsibility for your account or data thereafter.

To maintain optimal speed and user experience, we may delete outdated or unused data from our servers periodically or when deemed necessary. This maintenance ensures continued service quality and system performance.
5.5 Technical Interruptions and Error Handling
Although we apply appropriate technical measures to enhance your experience, occasional disruptions—such as system errors, feature duplication or loss—may still occur. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issues promptly. You acknowledge and agree to release us from liability for these incidents. All internal configurations, formulas, and operations of the Service are confidential and will not be disclosed.
5.6 Adjustment of Virtual Items and Service Discontinuation
We reserve the right to change, update, or reset values or functionalities related to virtual items, reward points, and in-game currencies without prior notice or user consent. You agree that no refunds or compensation in cash or kind will be provided if the Service is suspended or terminated for any reason. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users beforehand and safeguard user rights in accordance with applicable laws.
5.7 Official Communication and Secure Payments
All promotional events and official announcements will only be communicated via the Service homepage or in-game notification system. Any offers or advertisements outside these channels should be considered fraudulent, and we will not be liable for any resulting damages. Only payments made through our authorized channels or our listed partners are accepted. Payments made through unauthorized means are not our responsibility.
5.8 Refunds and Payment Reversals
If a payment is successfully processed and in-game credits are delivered, but a chargeback is initiated by the payment provider (due to cardholder dispute), we are required to refund the amount and will deduct it from your account. If your balance is insufficient due to prior usage, we reserve the right to reclaim the virtual items obtained or deduct the amount from future transactions. In severe cases, this may also result in a permanent account suspension.
SECTION VI PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND VIOLATION HANDLING IN THE USE OF THE SERVICE

6.13 Offensive Speech and Conduct | Users are not allowed to express political, religious, or gender-based views, use offensive language, or insult others in or outside the Service. |
6.14 Fraud and Deception | Fraudulent actions, including deceiving or impersonating other players or Service personnel, are strictly prohibited. |
6.15 Harassment and Disruption | Any actions or speech that threaten, insult, or harass our staff, or disrupt the operations of our offices, are not tolerated. |
6.16 General Prohibited Conduct | Any behavior that violates laws, contradicts local customs, or breaches online community standards is disallowed. |

(2)Severe Warning: For repeated or more serious infractions.
(3)Item Deduction: Removal of virtual assets for repeated or significant violations.
(4)Temporary Account Suspension: Based on the severity and frequency of the violation.
(5)Permanent Ban: For grave or unresolved repeated violations.
(6)Legal Action: Referral to authorities if criminal behavior is involved.
We may apply multiple or additional enforcement measures to preserve a safe and fair environment. We also reserve the right to publicly disclose violators' account information through our platform or other communication channels, depending on the case severity.
SECTION VII COMPLAINTS AND DENUNCIATIONS
7.1 Receiving and Responding to Complaints
All complaints, denunciations, or feedback related to the Service will be accepted and responded to solely through our online customer service within the Service platform or via our official email: hi@taigagame.net. These matters will be handled in accordance with our current customer service procedures effective at the time of receipt.
7.2 Account Identification Requirement
To submit a complaint, denunciation, or feedback, your account must be fully verified. This allows us to receive the complaint and establish contact with you. If your account is not fully identified, or we have reason to suspect that the provided information is inaccurate, we reserve the right to decline to resolve the complaint until complete and accurate information is provided.
7.3 Final Decision and Legal Compliance
You agree that any response issued by us through the online customer service system constitutes our final and official decision. This resolution is made in accordance with applicable local laws and any subsequent amendments.
SECTION VIII INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 Ownership and Usage Rights
All Products, Services, and associated documentation are the intellectual property of us and/or the Developer. When we grant you access to use the Service as outlined in Section 5, this authorization strictly permits you to download, install, and use the installation package on your device.
8.2 Prohibited Actions
You are not permitted to perform any actions that alter the state of the Product or infringe on our intellectual property rights or those of the Developer.
8.3 Data Ownership and Consent
You consent that all data generated during your use of the Product or Service—including user-generated content (UGC)—is our exclusive property. We retain full rights to store, use, and process this data as deemed necessary.
SECTION IX COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW
9.1 Obligations Under Local and International Law
You acknowledge and agree to comply fully with the laws of the country where the Product or Service is accessed or used. Additionally, you must adhere to the laws of your country of citizenship.
9.2 Sole Responsibility for Violations
You bear sole responsibility for any consequences resulting from non-compliance with local or international legal provisions. We disclaim all liability in such instances.
9.3 Our Right to Restrict Access
If we receive any complaint, notification, or legal request regarding your non-compliance—or if we have a reasonable basis to believe you have violated the law—we reserve the right to cease providing the Product or Service without prior notice. We may also block access from countries where the Product or Service is not legally permitted.
SECTION X APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Use are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
10.2 Arbitration as Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to arbitration by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), in accordance with its applicable arbitration rules.

The outcome of any arbitration process conducted by HKIAC shall be final and binding on all parties involved.

12.2 No Real-World Value or Gambling

SECTION XIII REMAINING TERMS
